1.2 The Platform helps lawyers and their clients extract email and WhatsApp correspondence into organised documents, with optional AI analysis. Cookies help the Platform function securely, remember preferences (such as language), and improve performance.

1.3 This Cookies Policy explains what cookies are, which categories we use, and how you can manage your preferences. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

  • Optionally measure performance and improve how the Platform works (if you allow performance cookies).

3.2 We do not use cookies to sell your personal data. Document contents are handled under our Privacy Policy (including temporary storage for up to 24 hours).

4.1 Essential cookies — required for the Platform to work. These enable security, sign-in state, load balancing, and core features. You cannot disable essential cookies through our banner without affecting basic use of the service.

5.1 Lawyers and Clients sign in with Google or Microsoft. During and after authentication, cookies or session tokens may be set by those providers and by our Platform so that your account remains signed in while you use the Lawyer dashboard or the Client mobile app.

5.2 We store language preference (and related direction LTR/RTL) so the interface stays in English or Hebrew across pages.

5.3 Session-related cookies are typically temporary and expire when you sign out or after a period of inactivity, subject to provider and Platform settings.

6. Third-Party Cookies

6.1 When you use Google or Microsoft sign-in, or when payment flows use Airwallex for Lawyer voucher purchases, those providers may set their own cookies or similar technologies according to their policies.

6.2 Optional AI analysis via OpenAI is performed through server-side API calls for document generation; it is not used as a browser advertising cookie on our site.

6.3 We encourage you to review the cookie and privacy notices of Google, Microsoft, Airwallex, and any other third party you interact with through the Platform.

7.1 When you first visit the Platform, a cookie banner lets you accept all cookies, allow necessary cookies only, or customise essential, performance, and functional categories.
